Complimentary oranges and bananas. Also, the desk staff had quite good English, which is not always the case in Guangzhou, and although I can speak enough Chinese to get in and out of hotels, English is a help....  

The location is ideal. Middle of the city and close to the Expo. my main purpose of the visit.

Most of the staff lack of English language. Wasn't easy to communicate with them. My room was spacious yet the fridge wasn't available and the steam shower wasn't working.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and kind. It was a relief to find someone at the front desk who spoke good English, making communication much easier. the breakfast provided was not bad at all. It had a decent variety of options to choose from, satisfying my morning hunger.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about this hotel. First, the restaurant was not located within the hotel itself.

Hotel staff was very mean and don't speak english at all. The rooms are not clean. I cannot give this hotel more than 1 star. The building is also used for other offices. You have to wait long time for elevators. The breakfast was offered in the very dirty restaurant few walks from the hotel.

Very poor breakfast compare to 4 star Hotel and staff don't speak other languages except Chinese.We requested the front desk Manager for late check out due to our flight was early morning at 00:55 28/04/2010 but regret to say the manager insisted for Half board and must leave hotel at 19:00 otherwise full charge will be implemented.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. the location was fantastic, situated in a convenient and easily accessible area. The hotel staff provided exceptional service from the moment I walked in, with friendly and welcoming smiles. They were also proficient in English, making communication a breeze. The rooms were well-appointed and offered enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning and an in-room safe. Additionally, the television and telephone provided added convenience for my stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I like the staff in the front desk. They were relatively friendly even if having difficulty with the English language. The room was spacious and well appointed. The room we were staying in though had a leaking bath cubicle door that messes up the bathroom floor.

The coffee shop where breakfast is served can stand a lot of improvements. Location and amenities don't speak well of quality. the food can stand a lot of improvements considering the hotel rates.

Nice Bistro next door that serve good French food.

No one speaks english and the business centre added no value, no IT infrastructure for customers use outside of wifi, take your own notebook. The rate was unreasonable,k but this was probablu due to the fact that there was a huge exhibition in town - Canton Fair.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast was not bad. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpful staff. We cannot find any faults.

Hotel are no more than 2-3*. Hotel staff dont speak in english at all. Swimming pool is clean as a lake. Internet conection is very weak and no wirelles just cabel internet in the room.

Internet has been by cable, not WiFi as declared on your web page. Also we did not like the breakfast, which was served in restaurant ahead, so guests had to went out and enter the restaurant. Rooms were equipped by old furniture...etc

Hotel staff hardly speak or no speak at all in English. Shower and other bathroom equipment wasn't properly fixed, so there were still water on the floor. Real 3 Chinese stars hotel.
